An existing abandoned 4-storey office building is transformed into a work place full of natural light & greenery – an oasis in this industrial heartland of Kuala Lumpur. The existing building is stripped down to its concrete frame & walls replaced with a combination of full height glazing & perforated brick walls. The entire building is then surrounded by a 4-storey brick & concrete Brise Soleil and extensive landscape.

Breakout spaces & meeting rooms reach out to touch & break through the Brise Soleil, creating both internal and external shaded spaces for staff relaxation and work in dappled natural light and nature. The building is transformed into a unique stimulating place of work, encouraging maximum contact with nature – contact with green, scent, touch, natural light, trees – throughout the day.
