A ‘Tree Top’ house cantilevering over this steeply sloping site which can be entered from top & bottom of slope connected by a steel structurally expressed lift shaft & converging at the Lanai. Guest rooms or ‘Lanterns’ pop out of the hillside as separate elements under the cantilevered blocks.

Clad in timber from sustainable sources, the floating elements are designed to become as one with the forested hillside where trees are retained.
