Architectural competition winning entry for a 50,000sf office with manufacturing for an electronics company specialising in electrical testing equipment. The site overlooks Penang airport runway to which views are maximized.

A brick box separates to allow entry into a reception hall overlooking the runway. The space between the two brick boxes, reception & circulation, becomes multi-functional over 3 levels.

The predominantly brick façades to all but the open runway elevation have brick fins & perforated brick walls to protect from solar heat gain & glare while creating a magical natural light internal ambiance.
