Located on a large north-west facing steeply sloping site that falls 20m, the three main levels of this passive designed house step down in a series of grass-roofed blocks, linked by a triple height feature staircase.

Surrounded by a Nature trail of trees, ponds & waterfalls that integrates house & landscape with a tennis court located at the lower slope.

Constructed of a small palette of materials consisting fair-face brick, off-form concrete & green roofs.

Completion due 2025.
