An open-sided circulation walkway, linking all spaces, skirts a large green open courtyard at the centre of the house. A large external entertainment deck, the full width of the site, cantilevers out over the lower pool area, the deck seemingly floating above a full width reflecting pond that creates separation from the courtyard.

Quiet seating places are created in locations around the courtyard. Natural light and natural ventilation are maximised.
