Design for 12 individual landed townhouses forming a gated housing development. The access road passes under part of the units and elevated garden platforms creating a car-free central courtyard and swimming pool with direct access from each unit. Light wells bring natural light down to reflecting pools adjacent to each house entrance.

Open-to-sky ‘Nature Spaces’ are created to all units allowing full height glazing into a green space while affording privacy & protection from solar radiation. Sustainable features such as PV, solar control glass, rainwater harvesting etc. combine to create low-energy houses that has minimal impact on the environment and maximum contact with Nature.
